Let’s walk in a winter wonderland this festival Season and join CHF in our ‘Walking Home For Christmas’ challenge.
Join walkers nationwide taking big steps to raise money to help children with heart conditions and families by walking 5k, 10k or 15k in the month leading up to Christmas.
Get your community involved - walk with friends, family, colleagues or even your dog.
Get sponsored per mile or for the total amount of miles completed!
