As the festive season approaches, I can't help but think about the children who won't be able to spend Christmas with their families due to heart conditions. That's why I'm participating in the CHF Walking Home For Christmas challenge. This personal walk will take place from November 25th to December 25th, and my goal is to walk a grand total of 310,000 steps for this cause.

CHF is dedicated to empowering children with heart conditions, their families, and carers by ensuring that their medical and social needs are met so they can live the fullest life possible. Every child deserves a chance to be with their loved ones during the holidays, and by supporting this cause, we can make that happen.
