The Watford 10k is returning to Cassiobury Park this Spring! All running abilities are welcome so dust off your running shoes and join us for a fun packed afternoon on Monday 1st may 2023!

We're asking runners to set a fundraising target of £50 each to support our work providing services to people with learning disabilities in the local area. Every pound raised in sponsorship makes such a big difference! Read below to see what your money will go towards:

£15 - enables a family of a newly diagnosed child to receive an hour of support from our Advice and Information team,providingguidance& reassurance during difficult times.

£100 - enables a young person to join our Youth Club for a whole month. For manyteens who have a learning disability, it offers the only opportunity for a social life outside of school.

£500 - could fund a child with a learning disability to attend our after school club for a whole term. The children play and make friends a safe and familiar environment.
