The Watford 10K is trail run raising money for Watford Mencap. 

Nascot Lawn, the home of Watford Mencap, means a huge amount to our family - T loves going there to play for the day giving everyone the chance for a break. 

I haven't run 10k for quite a while, the Watford 10k is hilly, and I'll need your donations to spur me on to the finish! 

Read below to see what your money will go towards: 

£15 - enables a family of a newly diagnosed child to receive an hour of support from our Advice and Information team, providing guidance & reassurance during difficult times. 

£100 - enables a young person to join our Youth Club for a whole month. For many teens who have a learning disability, it offers the only opportunity for a social life outside of school.

£500 - could fund a child with a learning disability to attend our after school club for a whole term. The children play and make friends a safe and familiar environment.
