Story
West London is an area of deep inequality. 1 in 5 children here are not receiving the support and opportunities they need to get the best start in life.
West London Zone helps children and young people to build the skills and relationships they need to thrive. A West London Zone Link Worker is based full-time in a school and guides young people through a 2-year programme that is adapted to each child's individual needs and goals. Working with partners in the local area, a Link Worker also organises specialist support each term for young people on the programme.
Joining up support and services means that West London Zone reaches the children who most need support - making sure they have everything they need to get on track to thrive.
