Our 10-Hour Fitness Challenge for Girls’ Space
On Saturday 25th April, a team of 20 local women will come together in North Berwick to take on a huge challenge — 10 hours of continuous movement, from 9:30am–7:30pm.
Every single hour will be a different fitness activity, and together we’ll be pushing ourselves physically and mentally, stepping well outside our comfort zones. It will be tough, it will be tiring — but it will be completely worth it.
Why we’re doing this-
This challenge is raising money for Girls’ Space, a vocational hub in Rwanda that supports young women with skills, confidence, and opportunities to build independent and sustainable futures.
My name is Kari, I’m the founder of K-Fitness and the founder of the Girls’ Space project. I’ve been travelling to Rwanda since I was 18 years old, and this project is incredibly close to my heart. Over the years, I’ve seen first-hand the strength, resilience, and potential of the girls and women there — and how life-changing access to education, skills, and safe spaces can be.
Girls’ Space exists to create those opportunities, and this challenge is one way we can directly support that work.
Where your donation goes-
Every single donation from this campaign will go directly to the Girls’ Space project.
Your support will help fund practical resources, vocational training, and safe spaces that allow girls and young women to learn, grow, and build brighter futures.
Each participant in the challenge will be setting up their own individual fundraising page through this campaign, but no matter who you donate to, your support is making a real difference.
Whether you donate £5, £50, share the page, or cheer us on — thank you. We are so grateful to every single person who supports this challenge and believes in what we’re working towards.
This day is about community, commitment, and coming together for something bigger than ourselves — and we couldn’t do it without you.
Thank you for supporting us, and thank you for supporting Girls’ Space 💛
