Story

Why I’m Taking on the 10-Hour Fitness Challenge

On Saturday 25th April, I’ll be joining 19 other local women in North Berwick to take on a 10-hour fitness challenge, moving continuously from 9:30am–7:30pm.

Every hour will be a different fitness activity, and we’ll be pushing ourselves physically and mentally — stepping outside our comfort zones for a cause that truly matters.

We’re raising money for Girls’ Space, a vocational hub in Rwanda that supports young women with skills, confidence, and opportunities to build independent futures. The project was founded by Kari from K-Fitness, who has been travelling to Rwanda since she was 18, and this work is incredibly close to her heart.

Every donation from this challenge goes directly to the Girls’ Space project, helping create real, lasting change for girls and young women in Rwanda.

Thank you so much for any support you can give — whether that’s a donation, a share, or some encouragement on the day. It genuinely means the world 💛
