Refugees are particularly in need of health support, with the physical effects of war alongside stress-related mental health problems and depression affecting their ability to rebuild their lives.
The impact of having somewhere to go to support your physical and mental health, where you can exercise, take a class, find childcare, or simply sit and have a hot drink cannot be underestimated.
