Andy, like any of us connected with the architectural profession, never dreamed his family would one day have to call on the ABS for help. Indeed, nothing could have prepared Andy and his family for what happened on 18th May. 

When a freak accident happened, Andy suffered horrendous burns that very nearly cost him his life. "I remember thinking my time had come, but with my youngest daughter in bed I was determined she would not have to wake up and find herself without a dad."

He underwent major skin graft operations and had to endure unbearable pain and discomfort. Unable to work, Andy's family were facing mounting bills with very little income to meet them. 

Thankfully, because of generous people like you, we were able to step in and provide immediate support for Andy and his family.
