Boxing4Life is a grassroots boxing club for 8-18 year olds, based in Leytonstone and active in Waltham Forest. We use non-contact boxing to give young people new physical skills, and to help them develop their social and emotional skills.

In 2016 we were able to support our club members attending an outward bound course in the Lake District.  For many attendees this was their first time outside of London and we have seen the enormously positive transformation this course provided.

This year we're hoping to raise £2,330 to send another group of club members on the course.  Our approach of using non-contact boxing training alongside social and wellbeing courses is unique, and our family atmosphere as an antidote to gang culture in the area we serve.
