Bury Hospice provides palliative and end-of-life care to hundreds of residents and their families across Bury. It will cost to run the Hospice this year £4.5million and we raise 87% of this total, but with the support of our community we continue to provide care and services to those who need it.

Story

Strictly fun dancing who are based in Scotland, primarily around the Glasgow area, raised £90 for Bury Hospice's Strictly challenge after a dance demonstration from Deborah Lisle and Scott McKenzie as part of their fabulous dance weekend at Strathaven Hotel. Many thanks to Mo Stewart and her many friends for this wonderful support.

One of our dancers has a separate Justgiving page which is not connected to this Strictly page. Her name is Natalie Davenport and currently her total stands at £600.47

It costs £2.2million to run Bury Hospice 2017/8.

The Hospice only recieves 24% of this amount from the government.

Every donation helps the Hospice:

£12 will feed a patient for a day.

£35 will cover a physiotherapy session.

£50 will support two bereavement sessions.
