This Christmas, Children on the Edge are making an appeal for Syrian refugee children in Lebanon.
The UN has declared this the biggest humanitarian crisis in a generation. With more than 1 million Syrian refugees now in Lebanon, many small refugee camps have sprung up throughout Bekaa Valley without basic services for children.
We are providing tent schools for children aged 6 -12 and training refugee teachers from within the Syrian community. With more children arriving in the camp each day we urgently need funding to open more schools, provide medical support and much needed winter clothing and fuel to keep them wrapped up this winter.
