The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe Diana Award Mentoring Programme pairs volunteer mentors with disengaged young people to give them an insight into the world of work and career skills training. Together with our Youth Facilitators, the mentors guide a group of young people (aged 12-15) through fortnightly group sessions over a six month period.
Our programme places a strong emphasis on social action; mentors and mentees work together to develop a campaign around a social issue that affects their community. This two pronged approach prepares the young people for their post-secondary future whilst also instilling a sense of active citizenship.
