Story
Have you got a habit you’d like to break but you need some motivation? We launched our Give It Up For Florrie challenge at the beginning of February, and it’s already making a difference.
It can be as simple as giving up a bad habit like biting your fingernails or eating chocolate, or cycling instead of driving: something that improves your health and well-being but takes some effort on your part. Do it for Lent (14th February to 29th March) or for a month any time.
Save the money you would spend on your indulgence and donate it to the Hospice, or get people to sponsor you for every day you stick to it. Break a habit that’s bad for you, and do some good for the community.
We would love to hear your stories and what you chose to give up for Florrie so get in touch with teresaking@fnhospice.org.uk and share your challenge (and your achievement!) with the FNHC family.
