We took over Paxmead in 2014 and have been improving the site since. Now is the time to extend the main building and strip out the current loos and showers, leaders room etc to give a bigger Leaders Room, Refurbishment of the main toilet and changing facilities including Facilities for people with Disabilities; a wider wheelchair ramp, easier access, a Wet room and a separate loo/wash facilities. This is in addition to the "normal" loos and showers. Quite honestly, the existing facilities are on their last legs, they won't last much longer!

We have already spent more than £20,000 preparing for the changes and we now have planning consent to proceed. We HAVE to do the work from January to March next year as the building cannot be used during the works. We have raised £75,000 but the works are £120,000 so we are £45,000 short with not much time to go.
