Story

Jodie Kidd and H4H want to beat the stigma around mental health in the military.

Too many Veterans are coping with anxiety, depression and other everyday issues and a little support at the right time is all they need to get back on track.

Over a crazy year, Jodie will cycle 567 miles, climb 19,341 feet with our wounded, injured and sick Heroes & take part in some weird and wacky fundraisers to raise £200k for the Help for Heroes Rebuilding Lives campaign. This will help the charity deliver its 1-year old Hidden Wounds mental health programme for Veterans and military families.
