People in or have a link to the military who live the lifestyle will understand the importance of being mentally Challenged.  Even though the military provide a strong and stable lifestyle it often comes with baggage. Family members often have to take on this as part of a daily life it eventually becomes a struggle and very hard to cope with as a small unit.  People have to be aware there is help out there for families that are struggling with PTSD or anxiety. 

I am going to shave all of my beautiful hair off on my 30th birthday live !!!!  27/01/87 regardless of how much is raised as I understand the importance of making this statement. 

I would appreciate if I could reach just 5k for such a worthy cause.  Please people get behind me and support our troops. ..as they support our families and country.
