The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThis December we are asking if you could donate to The Lily Foundation to help us give the gift of hope this Christmas. Maybe you could donate instead of sending cards or you might like to donate just because it's Christmas. You can also text LCGA99 £5 or £10 to 70070.
We will be sharing family stories explaining the gift The Lily Foundation has given them. From emotional support to better diagnosis & vital research, advice to awareness & understanding, we are there 365 days a year. We can’t take away all their struggles but we can give comfort & hope.
We can't do this without you. 1 in 200 babies in the UK are born with genetic changes which can cause Mitochondrial Disease, that's a baby born every 20 minutes. Faulty Mitochondria have been linked to other common diseases such as diabetes, Parkinson's & Autism. There are few treatments & no cure, meaning that babies born with this disease have little chance of survival
Help us make a difference this Christmas
