Jacob would have turned 5 on the 6th December 2015. He would have been at school, in his first nativity play and getting excited about Father Christmas. Mitochondrial Disease took that and so many other things away from him when he was just 16 months old.

As a family we have to live everyday with the unbelievable pain of his loss. But we want to stop this happening to other families. Too many families this Christmas are living with the knowledge there is no cure. We need to give them hope.

We cant send Jacob a card or a present but please please donate a few pounds to The Lily Foundation Christmas Appeal 2015 to help them make a difference to families across the UK.
