Youth Policy Institute (YPI) is a registered nonprofit that for more than 30 years has provided a holistic approach to breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty by ensuring access to high-quality education, workforce training, and essential services for youth and families in Los Angeles. 

For the 3rd year in a row, we're gearing up to tackle the LA marathon to unite our community around helping our students cross the education finish line.

All of the money raised through this year’s marathon will go directly to supporting YPI’s Promise Scholars program, which equips high school juniors and seniors with tutoring, mentoring, counseling and financial resources (matched college savings accounts and financial capability workshops) to ensure all of our students have the resources they need to go to (and graduate from!) college.
