Mental Health UK works in schools, homes and workplaces to build a thriving UK where good mental health is prioritised. We challenge the systems and situations that hold people back, and equip them with tools and advice to unlock their full potential.

Story

The Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run half marathon welcomes thousands of runners to the city of Glasgow every year. The course starts in the centre of the city, in George Square, and from there takes runners past a selection of Glasgow’s finest venues and buildings. As well as crossing over the River Clyde, runners will take a trip through Pollok Park and Bellahouston Park, before heading back for the grandstand finish on Glasgow Green.

Thank you for supporting Mental Health UK. Research shows that each year in the UK, one in four people are affected by poor mental health and of these, around four million will also struggle with their financial wellbeing. Your fundraising will help Bank of Scotland (part of Lloyds Banking Group) work with Mental Health UK to create a pioneering Mental Health and Money Advice Service which will offer support for people experiencing both mental health and financial difficulties.
