Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have decided to run the Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run this October in Glasgow for Mental Health UK - the chosen charity partner for Bank of Scotland. I will be running the half marathon (13.1 miles)!

The Mental Health Foundation is the UK's charity for everyone's mental health. They aim to address the sources of mental health problems and feel that it is just as important to make the same progress for the health of our minds that we have achieved for the health of our bodies. In comparison to physical health, so little is commonly known about mental ill health and how to prevent it, but Mental Health UK aim to change that.

Each donation given will make my training all the more worthwhile, and will be going to such a worthy cause! Please sponsor if you can 🙂

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity - this is the most efficient way to donate as it saves time and cuts costs for the charity.

Thank you!
