The Chemotherapy Suite at NGH is a busy department treating patients with different cancers from around the county. Over 450 Chemotherapy Day Case patients are treated each month in a  department which is in much need of alteration, refurbishment and improvement.

 The newly refurbished suite will transform the environment in which patients are treated. With the careful use of design, lighting and colour, the treatment area will be a more welcoming and calming environment and the new layout will offer more privacy to patients and practical working space for staff.

 Our original target was £350,000 but now we are aiming for £500,000 to also enlarge the area in order to treat an increasing number of patients.  It is with your help and generous support that we will be able to reach the target of £500,000 to make these improvements to the quality of the environment and the services that the Chemotherapy unit offers to patients and their families.
