Run 2 Remember 2017
We are looking at creating a whole network of EMDR therapy providers around the country that will provide pioneering support to those children suffering from the effects of PTSD/Trauma.
Story
Based on my own experiences following the loss of my daughter Nicola I had a series of EMDR therapy sessions and have seen the positive results this type of therapy can provide.
Our aim is to look at establishing a network of such providers that we can refer those children in similar circumstances.
Our virtual run starts on 15th April 2017 and last for100 days until 23rd July 2017, participants will run 2 miles per day for the full 100 days and pledge to raise just £1 per day.You can run wherever, whenever and with whoever!!
