Story
Scotland and British Lions rugby great Scott Hastings led a successful pilot campaign in 2016.
Joggers, walkers and cyclists across Scotland took part, and Scott - a charity ambassador for Support in Mind Scotland - is backing the campaign again in 2017.The aim of the campaign is to raise mental health awareness, raise funds for Support in Mind Scotland’s mental health services and to promote good physical and mental health.
