Doing the 100 Streets Challenge for Mental Health
On the 24th of September, my friends, Rares and Laura, and I will walk 50 streets and then 50 streets more just to be the guys who walked 100 streets to help Support in Mind Scotland deliver mental health services to more than 2000 people across the country.
This is really close to our hearts and we’re very grateful you’re backing us up.
We’re keeping you posted on the route map we end up going with, but we aim to complete the challenge on Hope Street, because we all need a little bit of that in our lives, especially when going through hard times.
1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health issue at some point in our life. We need to normalize talking about it and finding what works for yourself.
Treatment consists of much more than physical exercise and moving, but keeping active can play a key role in improving mental well-being.
So please join us to help reduce the suffering that comes with ill mental health and finance organizations that dedicate their time and resources to enrich people's lives and break down the stigma.
Every little donation will be appreciated so don’t hold back if you can only afford a couple of quid. Thank you so much – this means so much to us!
