Visit the charity's profileScope’s befriending service, Face 2 Face, funding ends in 2015 - we need your help tomake sure this life changing service can continue to support families with disabled children in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas.
Face 2 Face offers parents of disabled children one-to-one emotional and practical support from trained volunteer ‘befrienders’, who are themselves parents of disabled children. Parents are supported to develop emotional resilience and offered practical help to manage the challenge of looking after their disabled child and the rest of their family.

We are running a local appeal to try to raise £120,000 to keep the Brighton and Hove service open for the next three years.
Few people expect to need the support of a service like Face 2 Face, but when they do, we want to be there.
