Pretty much everyone will have been touched by the care of the NHS at some stage of life. The NHS is a national institution and this is an opportunity to take time out and give thanks for the care provided by dedicated staff at your local hospitals.NHS charities across the land are inviting you to host a tea party on or around the 5th of July 2018 and help us to fund even more wonderful equipment, projects and patient care that is over and above what is provided.

Put another way, there is so much more we want to do for patients and staff in addition to what the NHS has to do - and having a gathering with your friends, year group, colleagues, family or neighbours would help those in your local community through the work of your local NHS-connected charity, just like St George's Hospital Charity which supports St George's and Queen Mary's hospitals in south west London.
