Story
Thanks to a modern makeover this stunning 13th Century church is now fully accessible and almost ready for community use. We believe the building now offers much as a venue for concerts, education and art events and conferences as well as a base for people exploring family history, visiting war graves in the graveyard or viewing the 2000 year old yew tree of which we are the proud custodians.
But before this potential can be fully enjoyed there is a need for toilets and a meeting room adjacent to the church: at present these facilities are only available in the church hall opposite across a busy main road where an accident in 2015 involving two people crossing from the hall to the church left them with permanent life altering injuries.
