Secret Charter is an art sale conceived by a group of parents, with support of The Friends, to raise funds for the Charter School, North Dulwich. It is an opportunity to buy an original postcard sized piece of art by a range of both famous and emerging artists and celebrities. Contributors so far include Tracey Emin, Sir Antony Gormley, Julian Opie and Gary Hume; a plethora of local artists; and the best of our own talented art students from The Charter and previous alumnus.   

The Charter School, North Dulwich is an outstanding, inclusive state secondary school in South London, which faces a projected deficit of over half a million pounds over the next few years due to funding cuts and rising costs. All the funds from the sale will be donated to the school to support the Arts to ensure that children, from all backgrounds, continue access to the fantastic arts education they receive at the school. A refurbishment of the Art department’s dark room, along with a new printing press is top of the school’s wish list.
