Shape Up has successfully been running for 3 and a half years and has seen over 850 men graduate with a combined weight loss of over 3.8 tonnes. The programme covers the whole of Hertfordshire and focuses on helping participants to live a sustainable healthy lifestyle and to reduce health inequalities across the county. 

We are raising funds in order ensure the programme is financially sustainable and to enable us to develop key areas within the programme to improve service delivery.

By the end of the current year we will have helped over 1000 men, but we are aware that there are many more who would benefit from this free programme. The Shape Up Programme, as part of Watford FC's Community Sports & Education Trust, is keen to make a real difference to the lives of individuals and communities across Hertfordshire.
