Hi - thanks for clicking on the page.  Hayley and Carmel need all the help you can give to get us get through the 10k next weekend (and help a very worthwhile charity of course!).  This is the first race I've done since the dreaded Prague Marathon disaster and Carmel frankly needs all the help she can get (only joking O'Grady!).  We've clearly left the raising money bit to the last minute so if you could help us out with a few quid that would be great...
