I've finally taken the plunge and decided to run the London Marathon this year !

And I've have decided to run for the NACC - the National Association for Colitis and Chrohn's Disease.  

These diseases affect about 1 person in every 400 in the UK and are generally chronic conditions which can dramtically affect people's day to day lives. The NACC works to provide support to sufferers as well as funding research (medical, social and psychological).

Please support me if you can in raising money for this worthwhile cause.
