The Egypt race is a 150 mile self sufficency race across the Sahara desert.  We are required to carry all our food, clothes, medical equipment, sleeping and cleaning gear ourselves in a rucksack.  It will be very hot!  The race consists of different stages in distance but equating to around 5 and a half marathons in 6 days.
