Fundraising for BBC Children in Need
Story
Hi everyone!
Thanks for visiting my page.
Yes, I've signed up to do a half marathon....possibly the stupidest thing I've ever done. It may well be the end of me as we know it. But somewhere in the I-suffer-you-give-me-money madness there is a point. And that lies in the single eye of a partially sighted yellow bear with an ambiguous smile...commonly known as Pudsey. As well as getting soapstars into spandex, Children in Need do fantastic work, and I'm really hoping I can raise tons of money to help them out. So if you'd like to give them some money, via me puffing my way through 13 miles, Pudsey and I would be very pleased. Anything from a few pennies to a million pounds will make a difference, no donation is too small, just give what you can afford. I have to raise 400 POUNDS to do the marathon, and if I don't reach that:
A) There will be more children in need in the UK
B) I will have done all that horrible training for no reason
Both of which would be tragic. And if it's worrying you that I'm equating these two, don't fear, all your money goes to the children. Not even a penny to the Cissy recovery fund.
(but you can still take me out for a pint to celebrate afterwards)
