As many of you know, Charlie's husband Gavin, died suddenly in March this year, from the inherited heart condition hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. We wanted to do something in memory of him, and decided to enter ourselves for the Tri for Life (400m swim, 20km cycle and 5km run). We completed the triathlon on 5th Sept and managed not to collapse before reaching the finish line.
