In 2014 I decided to take part in the Great North run. I needed to set myself a challenge, as I was so inspired by how my dad was dealing with being diagnosed with MND. I wanted to fight back, by helping raise much needed funds and in doing so becoming another voice increasing awareness of this horrific disease.

2015 brings a whole new world of challenges for my dad, things never get any easier but I watch the strength from within cope with all he faces, putting on a brave face to all his friends and family.

My friends are fantastically supportive and have decided to join me in my continued efforts to raise money for MND......We are committed to running further and further in 2015 to raise funds.  In the first half of 2015 we will complete a half and full marathon.......we are all training really hard and would welcome your support by donating to my just  giving page 

Having your support, in the knowledge that we have managed to add one more voice to the quest to cure MND....further inspires us to do more, especially on those cold and early mornings.
