Hi All,

For those of you who are in shock that they have received a just giving mail from me I apologise.

As some of you may or not be aware I am planning on running the NY marathon on the 07th November to raise funds for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity (GOSHCC). This as you can imagine should be a breeze considering my aerodynamic physique and healthy lifestyle.

Over the next 6 months I plan to complete at least 2 Half Marathons and a Sprint Triathlon to get to a reasonable level of fitness.
