On Friday night / Saturday morning (20th-21st June), I will be doing a 10.5-mile females-only sponsored walk on behalf of the Douglas Macmillan Hospice. Now don't worry, I haven't had a rather extreme operation, but I have (been) volunteered to act as a back marker, which means I have to do the entire walk but right at the back of the group. This is to ensure that no one gets left behind. I have been provided with a cattle prod to speed up some laggers, but I've still been told that the walk will take at least 6 hours!! Bearing in mind that I will still be horrifically hungover after Thursday's Wetherspoon's Curry Night TM this will not be easy. So please sponsor me!!  And, sadly, I can't wear a dress as I need a luminous jacket - soz...
