It’s awful, hardwork and takes a lot of training and effort and is the hardest physical challenge I have done so far. Ruddi’s retreat is a small charity with a big heart. The charity helps families with seriously ill children to have access to a holiday home for free! Helping families with young children suffering from the effects and after effects of Cancer Treatment, Life Limiting Illnesses or Bereavement to enjoy a family holiday together with minimal financial cost and maximum fun! They also have launched Gwennies Getaways. Gwennie’s Getaways is committed to providing short-term breaks to those with Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia and their family or carers.
