I decided to enter this race and set this site up because:

For some strange reason I get a buzz from competing in long distance endurance events, the longer and more challenging the better!!!

Why the Jurassic Marathon "Oner", because I thought if your going to run 78 miles it's probably easier to complete it in within 24 hours rather than complete 3 marathons over 3 days!
Why STARS?

Having listened to a very courageous young lady stand up and talk about her experience of living with unexplained syncope in front of over 250 strangers and hearing how the team at STARS supported her I cannot think of a better charity to support.
The support and information that STARS provides to individuals and families is fantastic and the charities on going commitment to raising the awareness of Syncope and Reflex Anoxic Seizures is well recognised , so please if you have taken the time and effort to log into my account and have read this far I would really appreciate it if you could donate as much or as little as you can to help me reach my target.
