As most of you know i enjoy my running and thought it would be quite nice to raise a little bit of cash for a deserving charity.

I'm running the Madrid Marathon on Sunday 27th April. I've done two before so know roughly what to expect, but with the high altitude and heat, it should make it pretty tough. My aim is first of all under 4 hours and as close to 3.45 as possible.

I couldn't get into London so this was the next best at the same time of year. Only a couple of pounds donation each will make a big difference. It's a small target because you all know what i'm like and will more than likely do something else later in the year for another charity.
