On Sunday 10 October 2010 I am running my third half marathon.

Hopefully I won't collapse and die!

I am doing it this year for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, as this year my best pal alison was diagnosed with MS.  I know of other people whose lives have been touched by this disease too.

So dig deep for my lovely ali!
