There was I thinking that a microlight flight would be my last daredevil fundraising act - but how wrong was that!    I have been told that walking across burning hot coals and feeling absolutely no pain is both empowering and inspiring.  Apparently it is all about focusing the mind so that you realise ’nothing is impossible', but I guess I'll find out about all of that soon enough.
