After completing the Great North Run with my mate Steve Adams, our next challenge is the London to Paris bike ride http://www.meningitis-trust.org/treks/London-Paris-Cycle.html  for the Meningitis Trust from the 19th to the 21st of June 2009.

Steve's daughter Emma had Meninigitis in 2005 and has now recovered completely so since then Steve and his wife Clare have been involved with the Menigitis Trust.
