Any and all Codaters!

What are we doing?

We

 will be participating in a charity Fun Run/Walk. Codaters are

encouraged to collect pledges from their friends/family/networks for

each mile walked/ran during this event and also collect lump sum

donations from those interested. This is a self-paced event although we

encourage Codaters to be active together if you can! Prizes given out at

 the event wrap up party and given to 3 individuals: 1) Most $ Raised,

2) Farthest Distance traveled, 3) The Spirit of Codat Pride Award (Share

 on LifeatCodat!)

When is this happening?

The event will run from

June 15th through June 30th. We will host our kick-off Tie Dye party on

Wednesday, June 15th at 5pm

How to give?

Donations can take two forms: 1)

Lump Sum donations directly to this site or 2) Per Mile pledges (ex: I

donate $1 per mile to Courtney and over the course of the Fun Run, she

runs 150 miles, then at the end, I donate $150).

How to track your runs/walks?

There

 are a number of ways to track your mileage, with the most Codat

friendly ways being the Strava app or via fitbit. Strava is a free app

that you can download to track your runs/walks and other activities.

Join the Codat Running Club group on Strava. Alternatively, you can

track your mileage manually and add it to the JustGiving page.
