What better excuse to ask you to help us raise money for Spinal Muscular Atrophy Support UK which is doing amazing work for children and young people with SMA like the inspirational Ben Knight, who is the son of one of our swimmers.

With a combined age of well over 400 years we probably ought to have known better ... But was a great challenge so please support us and help the work of Spinal Muscular Atrophy Support UK.
