I have recently started on dialysis because my kidneys are failing. I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease during a routine check up when I was pregnant with my son 21 years ago.  I have slowly detoriated over the years, but know that I am still here because of how far kidney research has advanced since I was first diagnosed, but there is still so much that needs to be done.

The Royal Free Hospital Kidney Patients Association work tirelessly with patients and have supported me and others beyond words.

Now it's my time to help them as they have helped me.
