Yes, its true: Rose Chalk, Melanie Nash and Julie Rendle will jump out of an aeroplane at 10,000 feet with a man strapped to their back… free fall for 30 seconds singing at the top of their voices ‘ I believe I can fly, I believe I can touch the sky,’ and then land safely on the terra firma!!!

 Why are we doing this?

 For Children on the Edge, the charity that is very close to all of our hearts. We want to raise £3,000.00, and I am sure you will agree that £3,000.00 is cheap to see Rose fly with the birds, shouting Geronimo!!!!!!!!

 A percentage of this money will be given to Lucia as a Grant for her Special Needs Centre in Moldova.  I am sure you will all remember Lucia when she joined us at Seminar, where she shared her amazing story with us.

 Lucia recently wrote to Simon asking for help:

 “I would like to ask you a request. Believe me, it is very difficult to tell you about this. Last year the orthopaedic doctor (from Austria) told us that some of our children need very special shoes (therapeutic shoes). We couldn't afford to make two pairs for each because of the high costs. We had a pair made for each (for outside) and this year we need to have a pair for each for inside.”

Please help us achieve this target, as mum's we know what it feels like to give our children the best we can, and we would love to help provide these very special shoes for the children in Lucia’s care.

All of the head office At Home team, within the month of July, will also be busy raising money for Lucia and Children on the Edge with many exciting activities.
