I DID IT.  I ran the London Marathon.  I had set myself a target of 6.5 hours based on my training runs and managed to complete it in 13 minutes over that.  I am delighted (especially as I spend twenty minutes queuing for a wee).

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR SUPPORT.  We have raised enough money to buy a disabled child a sports wheelchair - I couldn't have done it without each and every one of you.

I am recovering well and don't seem to have done any lasting damage - I just ache all over!!
